OCT HK is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Overseas Chinese Town Enterprises Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong. The establishment was approved by the then Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the People’s Republic of China in October 1997. OCT HK is an integrated corporation engaged in both investment holding and industrial operation, whose businesses cover paper packaging and printing, tourism, real estate, import and export.
